Lamb School Research Lab Administrator
I managed the SONA System for the school by helping researchers recruit undergraduate research assistants and award credit to participants. I managed the in-house research lab schedule and ensured that researchers had access to the proper equipment. I managed participant incentives by listing over 100-course sections that offer extra credit and distributed credit to over 3,000 participants each semester. In addition, I assisted in proposing a budget for a $500,000 lab renovation.
